1 Minute Meditation

For people too busy to meditate.

· Breathe,Meditation,Mind,Body,Practice

Sit on a chair or sofa.

Feel your feet on the ground beneath you.

Place one hand in your lap and one on your belly.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how your body feels.

Notice any tension.

Now take 10 deep inhales...... and...... 10 deep exhales.

Notice the rhythm of your breath, your belly going up and down.

Now just let your breathing return to normal.

(No right or wrong way to breathe...just breathe).

Rest with your eyes closed for a few seconds.

Notice again how your body feels.

Notice again how your body feels.

Gently open your eyes.
