For experienced coaches, this transformative and practical programme from the team at Harthill, the home of the Leadership Development Framework (LDF), will help you significantly expand the potential of your individual and team coaching practice.

This 9-month program offers a deep and diverse learning environment with a blend of structured learning and experimental inquiry, in a dynamic learning community. This includes formal learning and experiential coaching workshops, group supervision, individual coaching and feedback, reflective learning, online workbooks and resources, self-motivating learning trios and your LDP report and debrief.

The program will start with a 3-day residential in Seminyak, Bali on 29 - 31 May 2024. The following group workshops will be held online from June 2024 - February 2025.
